Let me preface this by saying that I have only owned three Zelda games: the orginal, Link to the Past and now Twilight.

This is not a new concept. Link to the Past came with a sealed strategy guide. The challenge was getting through the game while resisting the temptation of breaking the seal.

Once I finish TP without stragety help I plan to go back and play it with a walkthru in hand just to see what I missed.

Just to clarify, "jumping the shark" refers to an episode of Happy Days where the Foz jumps a shark tank on his motorcycle. The term has come to identify when something lives long enough to become a parody of itself. The Wii as a console hasn't changed since the day it was released, therefore the Wii in itself cannot "jump the shark". Now the concept of motion based controls can and will "jump the shark". An example of this would placing motion plus sensors on every extremity for more the involved Wii Sports Varsity. Yes that would be a triple backflip over the proverbial shark tank, but it wouldn't be the Wii. I can see individual games "jumping the shark" by taking the motion based control too far. I can also see M$ and Sony taking a jump with there stab at motion controls. The Wii is like the ipod. The beauty is in the simplicity. Wii Sports Tennis is a huge hit with everyone because it is simple. Top Spin is horrible because it is too complex. The Wii will only fail when it tries to get too clever for itself. My guess is that the next generation nintendo console is going to flop, unless they simply upgrade the computing power for better graphics.

change of plans. I said earlier that I like the nerf cover, however I just got a nyko wireless nunchuck and the adapter won't fit with a cover on it.

I got nerf jackets on mine. They are much bigger than the nintendo jackets, but I like the way they fit. When the kids are playing I take them off because they can't get their hands around them. The nerf jackets also are much easier to take on and off than the stock jackets.

But does anyone find it odd using a pistol shapped gun in a game when they are using a shotgun, flamethrower etc. inside the game?Jason_A

Last time I checked you don't go duck hunting with a pistol either, but that doesn't mean it isn't a fun way to play a game that way?

No More Heroes ... Absolutely unplayable after the first two missions. The game has so much potential, but so little content.

Its seems clear to me that the purpose of individual game friend codes is so that when a Wii is shared amongst a family everyone can have their onw friends on their favorite games.

For example you have a 10 year old who enjoys Wii Music and Animal Crossing with her friends then you also have a teen who enjoys COD with his friends. You can already lock out the parental controls to prevent the youngster from experiencing the horrors of wars all while making sure she isn't hearing your teen's friends vugar language.

I have a connection issue every once in a blue moon. I will have to go back to connection settings, delete and reconfigure my connection.

how about other third party "zapper like" pieces of plastic. I like the arcade like element of using a gun like object as the controller.

I have heard the zapper has rather odd hand placements. I was looking at the perfect shot or the dual shot and a wireless nunchuck.

Does anyone have any experience beyone the zapper with COD specifically?
