Well, planned on getting a 360 this past Christmas. Only got $250 though so I decided to replace my old PSP with a new Ice Silver one since the old one had a huge crack in the screen and I only had a 32mb memory stick. Well, I got to WalMart, went to the games and I noticed a silver Slim PS2 for only $130. I had my eye on a 360 and some type of Guitar Hero game, and a thought poped up... "I already have a usable PSP. Why not get a PS2? It still has tons of great games I want!" but then I just went on, got the Daxter Bundle and picked up Jeanne D'arc, and left... Was all excited, played my games, used up some space on my 1gb memory stick since I could actually do stuff now... And now i'm left feeling like I got kinda bypassed... Ok, I have the same thing, but it's a little smaller and a different color plus a new game or two and a memory stick... Big deal? My cousin got a 360, people with 360s got the Rock Band/Guitar Hero 3 bundles and all these other games and stuff... God I can't wait to get a freakin' job! Ihate feeling like i'm missing out on everything, and those feelings lead to other ones about my life and family that I don't like and that make me feel really bad and depressed... Yeah, i'm kind of dramatic and you could say kind of whiney, but i'm very emotional and one little thing that doesn't even really matter in life, like video games, can set off a whole emotional dominoe chain reaction that just gets me all down and stuff. Then I see pictures of people with big 40"+ HD TVs with a Wii and a PS3 and a 360 and lots of games and a new PSP or DS and lots of other junk... I hate asking my parents to buy me stuff because 1) they won't 2) they are really struggling in the money area (Makes me feel TERRIBLE and I wish I could do something about it, but i'm well... only 14 years old and greedy ass hell...) and 3) I could never take all that stuff known I don't deserve it...
Anyway, i'll end this because it's making me feel worse just talking about it, and it would take me forever to write all I think on the topic.
