hey everybody,i'll buy (GIGABYTE ATI HD 4850 512 DDR3)&power supply HEC 350 WATT

is this power supply sufficient to operate this card well in my pc??????

i've amd x2 4600 & 2gb ram ddr2 is that enough to play gtaiv well on high setting

by the way some people recommand me ati 4850 or 4670(cheaper) which one cheaper & sufficient for this game???
