This is old news. Happened to me days into the game. Reported on gamefaqs and reddit and Hello Games asked me to send my save files to them. Lost about 10 systems worth of Discoveries. But had my ship, money, and milestones still.

Neat.

Hope I can get my 10 or so systems worth of Discoveries back. Lost all of it on PS4. :(
