Xbox 360 costs too much

400 bucks!  That's crazy!  I know it's a good system, but it doesn't have the games to justify spending that much money.

I'll wait until Halo 3 comes out, and then I'll probably give in.  I won't be able to see that game and not have it.

Until then, my Xbox and Gamecube are just fine.

Xbox 360

The next-gen Xbox, Xbox 360, looks absolutely amazing. With all of the new features, great graphics, and processing power, it should be awesome. Im definitely getting it when it comes out.

Please be my friend

If you read this message, add me to your friends list. I'm trying to get lots of friends. I hardly have any right now. (I have 18 )

I need a friend

:D

games i want

the games i want are

Xbox:

Unreal Championship 2: The Llandri Conflict

Doom 3

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory

Ninja Gaiden

Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30

Jade Empire

Gamecube:

Resident Evil 4

New Zelda (when it comes out)

Of the games that I want, I doubt that I will get any of them new. I just got an EBGames card that saves me 10% on all pre-played games I buy and it lasts for a year. Also, I just don't have the money to go spending 50 bucks a game. So, thats whats going on.

Fable

Fable was a great game that did what it tried to do very well, which was to create open-ended gameplay with choices as to whether you want to be good or bad. If you were good, you looked kind of like an angel, if you were bad, you look like the devil. You could even get a wife and have sex.

There were a few problems, however. One of these was the lack of conversation choices. In KOTOR, you could decide what you said, and that opened up gameplay a lot. Granted, you couldn't attack random people on the street, but you could instigate fights and be really rude. Also, Fable lacks very much storyline. The story is short, and doesn't change at all depending on if you're good or bad except for about 30 seconds at the end. But despite this, Fable is still a great game.

One thing that perplexed me was how you had to marry a girl to have sex with her. I mean, the ladies are already spreading their legs for you right when they see you, come on. But anyways, if they changed that aspect of the game, it would be a lot better. Oh yeah, if you could see the girls getting naked, that would be cool too.

RPG's

I've been playing RPG's ever since I got (well, my older brother got) a nintendo way back when. Anyways, Zelda was my first RPG, and it was certainly a good one. It was simple, had fun gameplay, and a compelling storyline. That made it great. Other RPG's have come along such as Knights of the Old Rebublic, Quest 64 (yeah, I know, who cares about Quest?...), World of Warcraft, Morrowind, Paper Mario, and lots of others that I don't feel like mentioning (I know I'm lazy). Anyway, even though more complex, intriguing, and basically great RPG's have been made, that old original 2d Zelda still has special meaning for me. The Ocarina Of Time was also a great game, and it took me months to beat, and it was awesome. Knights of the Old Republic was awesome too with all of the good/evil choices, and Jade Empire is made by the same people and is going to be sweet. But anyway, way back to N64, Quest 64 was very innovative for its time, and was great and fun to play, but the ending SUCKED. I mean, the main character dies, and "no one ever knew about the boy who had saved them" blah blah blah, and the whole point of the game (at least I thought) was to find your father, and you don't even do that. LAME!!!! But anyways, the genre of RPG's had made many great steps forward over the years, and there are those RPG's that can make you feel like you've started another life. Anyways, my favorite RPG of all time up to now is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for N64.

Halo 2

Basically, Halo 2 is the best game so far to come to Xbox live. With matchmaking and so many gaming options, it makes for a great, addicting experience.

Also, the ability to make your own custom games opens the door to unlimited possibilities. With a good imagination, almost every possible game type is able to be played.

All in all, halo 2 is awesome and even greater on xbox live.
