Still its a tough competition..I would say....

C'mon its a no brainer dat LBP 2 and 1 of the dearest and nearest franchise of sony GT will be arriving this holiday....

But yeah....Fable III is get set & ready

Its been so many years I have been browsing in gaming forums...And I still don't get the concept of:

COWS,LEMMINGS...... Sumthing related to fanboy of different consoles?

I know I sound like stupid..... Never been into fanboy things.

There r two sides of a coin here:

1. Sales

2. Quality

Sales:

There is no doubt in later half Fable III,REACH and Kinect will sell the X360 with CoD also.......but we should also keep in mind about the millions selling franchise of Sony GT 5.

Overall in sales I still think 360 would win..

Quality:

Now this the million dollar ?

So far frankly speakin PS3 is leading in quality exclusives like HR,GOW III........Still GT 5 to cum...But X360 has reserved some killer titles this fall....REACH,FABLE III...

Only time will tell...

PS3: No prob. Only firmware update bugs though its minor.

X360: Lack of great exclusives in recent times.

Wii: U all have guessed (Lack of Hardcore titles).

PS2 is the def. of a perfect console acc. to me.

Acc. to me I think still there is a lot in need to do with FPS Genre......

Bioshock,Portal,MW,Halo 3,Resis,BC has bought us something new.......Though I agree that many games have done something new in Multiplayer dept. not in SP campaign....

I hope still this is not the end of FPS......Only time will tell.

All these franchises got great appreciation from Critics..esp. Zelda and GTA......

But acc. to me:

Its a tie btwn Halo & GTA when it comes to cult classics,revolution and their impact on social surroundings.......

Its not just bout consoles I have taken into consideration but their impact on Gamers.....

There is lot to explain in this topic but..

I will just say 1 sentence:

"PC Gaming is not dead Yet but its different nowadays unlike last gen."

PC gaming lost a lot though (Blame Piracy!) but it also gained something...... (Im talkin bout once excl. of consoles now goin multiplat. here....)

GTA IV might not be the best lookin game of this gen nor among any other games. But it certainly looks great considering the vast city and detail of Liberty City and the technical work involved in it.

The water till date still looks great....

Ofcourse we all have been spoilt by the looks of KZ2...uncharteds ..GOW III.......C'mon its a 2008 game and it looks great for its time.

Now take an ex: of RDR:

It looks great even better than GTA IV so its safe to say that every iteration of ROCKSTAR will look better than prev. titles (Whether its GTA or RDR)
