I'm getting decent fps at mostly high settings (only shadows, shaders and volumetric set to medium) on 1680*1050. Running Windows XP SP3, Intel x38 chipset, Core 2 Duo E8500 (3.16Ghz), 2Gb DDR3, WD Caviar Black SATA2 HDD, Geforce 9600GT. Nothing expensive, as you can see. So, you need the right combo of fast mb,hdd, cpu&gpu to run this smoothly. Don't play it on Vista unless you've got an i7 & a GeForce 295 ;-))) p.s. Crysis doesn't care about 4 cores, all you need is 2. And it prefers a combo of Intel+Nvidia.
