Is it possible for europeans to get acces to onlive?

I have a PS3, obviously more expensive than the 360 and I really had expected better graphical performance for the money I've payed. I've chosen the ps3 over the xbox because of the bd drive (mostly) but also because of the hype of the rsx graphics card(ok maybe a little bit of mgs4 curiosity as well :)). I'm still looking forward to games being released that could challenge the full potential of the ps3 hardware although I'm not sure any more...Is there more to see? I'm not a fanboy, I'm being realistic, and although i love my ps3 I do notice it's glitches. Can't pronounce myself about the 360 since I've never experienced it.
