is Uncharted 2 a good game? i'm not sure if i should buy or rent it. help please

I played and loved resitance 1, R2 is also fun, but i hear a lot about how R2 is a downgrade in terms of graphics compared to R1.

The theory being that in R2 they had to accomadate the huge scale, so they cut down on basic scenery textures (ie bland cars, etc)....however, that doesnt make sense b/c although the Leviathian and Maurader are HUGE and have amazing sharp graphical detial,...they are only present in like 2% of the game. SO that cant be the reason for the downgrade in R2.

I've been playing Prince of persia and got a majority of the trophies. Then I brought the DLC and got some trohpies for the DLC. So I was wondering if I just got the regular trophies would I still need the DLC trophies to get the Platinum? Is it like this for all games that have DLC?

I have been trying to unlock those two trophies for the longest time. I think i am doing it right but the game isn't awarding me, i shoot the lackies twice then i go up to them slowly because i dont wanna do the drop kick or the lunging straight and sometimes i hit them with a single blow. I have done this numerous times and nothing has happened. someone plz help me out, i want 3 more trophies then i can trade him in and get amongs thieves.The_Endfamous_B

does anybody knows if i get a platinum trophy getting all the base trophys of the game or i have to get the ones from the packages too?

im just 1 trophy away from all the main trophy list in Little Big Planet. But with the one's of the Metal Gear Solid pack i dont know if im still getting the Platinum or have to beat those ones too

Appearance wise, do you prefer ps3's original shiny black, or do you prefer the slim's matte black? I perfer shiny black, but it gets dirty so easily.. also looks much more high class and nice. :)KittyHeart

Dont you feel that the story of ffXIII is kind of boring. ive been watching the trailers, and it just look like an other japanese anime thing (yes idont likeanime) boring cartoon converted into a game. (IMO)
