to me, it kinda makes sense. Obviously the spurs management want to make another run at a title, but probabyl feel they don't have enough to win it. Their best trade chip is parker, so easy to understand. Microsoft1234
You are right, but Parker is one of the best point guards in the league. Without him the Spurs are significantly weaker
