Yea, I'm pretty sure you could use them for Rock Band 2. Not so sure about GH world tour cause doesnt the GH world tour drumset have five drums? I dont see how that would work. I think the mic and the guitar from rock band would work on GH world tour, i don't see why not.
Then again the fact that there are advertisements could be good cause if you dont like adsthen you dont really have to pay attention to them, plus it gives microsot more money allowing them to devote more attention to xbox live, sell xbox's for cheaper etc...
