I have both gears 1 and gears 2 and I would say gears 2 is better in every element. The graphics provide far more detail for buildings ad surroundings and make them look more war worn. Yes in some screenshots you see here I do agree gears 1 has looked better but overall gears 2 is much more atmospheric. Gears 1 was far too dark and gloomy but yes that was the style of the game, its still got some gloom now for the people that like it. I cant understand why people think gears 1 has better graphics and scene structure.

shame about the photography. it looked good until you forgot to clean the system 1st, its covered in hairs and dust, ruined your shots GS. They dont realy need to change the DS again they need to make a new console entirely.
