My favorite part of this game is stealthily moving about, working my way through enemies to knock out my target.

The action is fast, fluid, and the ability to hack cameras and manipulate the environment adds depth and strategy to moving about.

Dare I say that Aiden seems like a better hitman than Agent 47?

Haven't been able to access the store (and by extension, unable to download uplay passport) since December 22, 2013. It just hangs on a blue screen. I'm able to return to the crossbar menu, just fine by hitting the PS button... but this is starting to irritate me.

No luck after spending two hours with tech support, either--figured it was a Sony issue as I can download updates, web-browse, and use Netflix without issue. Also get stuck on blue screen if I try to get into the store through an advertisement on the "What's New" menu or installing the Amazon/Redbox/Etc. app.

Anyone else having this issue, or am I warranty-ing my machine? Was able to access the store previously =\

I am really drawn in by the artwork in this game. But I'm really only good at shooters =\

I suck at fighting games; I think they're a good idea, but I just suck.

That said, I really like BlazBlue. I just kind of push buttons, hoping for the best because I can't memorize the combos and my timing sucks.

Previews keep saying this game is a lot more accessible, so I'm hoping, maybe, I can jump into it as easily as I did with Marvel vs. Capcom 3?

Ah thanks for the suggestions. I'll look into both of them, but am perferring the gelaskin one.

I can use the laser etching, but I'd have to break into my school's physics labs to do it lol.

So I just got a new crimson DS Lite. And I want to put graffiti on it lol.

I want to stencil on my Eastern zodiac, the rabbit. I've got the design laid out, I just need to know of a good material that will look professional (definitely not sharpie lol). I'm wondering if there's some kind of plastic paint or something that I can use so that it's not permanent and I can peel it off if I wanted to. If not, at least some kind of material that will ensure it looks and feels professional.

On another note, just curious but would Gamestop/EB Games accept console trade-ins with graffiti on them?

Wow, thanks for the response. First real response I've had across all the forums and such I've been through! XD

And yes, I would most definitely appreciate any tips and the like regarding tablets. Though now I am a bit wary considering most of my drawings are essentially sketches. Though, I am learning as much as I can about Photoshop and using layers (still no clue lol).

Considering my budget, the only thing I can go for is the Bamboo, which from reviews seem very promising. I would very much like to get my hands on a higher model (especially the cintiq), but fat chance that's gonna happen lol.

Once again, thanks for your response and I look forward to reading more of your tips and insights!

Anyone ever used a graphics/drawing tablet (i.e. wacom bamboo, intuos, cintiq)?

I'm thinking about purchasing a cheap one to satisfy my doodling habits. But as a person totally accustomed to drawing with pen and paper, I'd like to know how it's like using a tablet.

I find them very strange as you cannot actually see what you're drawing relative to the position of your hand. In other words, how do you make accurate drawings (draw the next line) when you can't see where you've drawn your previous line(s)? I'm sure there's a learning curve, but I'm curious as to whether I will eventually be able to draw as proficiently as I do with conventional means.

How do graphics tablets work? Do I simply draw as I would normally, or are there buttons I have to hold down?

How have your experiences with graphics tablets been?

I am considering purchasing the Wacom Bamboo as it is their cheapest model and reviews seem to be favorable. Since I don't have enough money to get a tablet that actually displays what I'm drawing, I'll have to settle for less.

Hmm

Good suggestions.

I loved freelancer, but my friend is a bit of an anachronist (all he watches are movies from before the 1960's), so sci-fi doesn't really suit his tastes.

No One Lives Forever 2 might be a good choice.

Any other suggestions?

(He has an xbox and we've regularly played Call of Duty 4 and Rainbow Six: Vegas 1 & 2 a lot, but they're kind of old for us now; we need something new =P)

So my roommate is getting into PC gaming and we've discovered the joy of LAN-ing and co-op.

Problem is most of the games I own are single-player only, focuses on large-scale multiplayer, or he's not interested.

So, I'd like some suggestions for some great PC games for good, wholesome LAN/Co-op fun.

We've mostly played RTS games like Command and Conquer 3 and Unreal Tournament 3, but we want to have something new, preferabily in the shooter genre.

And since we're poor/cheap college students, I'm looking for something that I can install on two machines without having to worry about authentication. Any games native to or requiring Steam is out. (Though, I wish he'd pay the $20 for counter-strike source).

Thanks in advance!
