The game that keeps on giving, I guess. I love this game and have all the content, but I was disappointed with UVHM. If they are talking about "over-levelling" then it makes me worried that they'll just make some of the enemies more overpowered than they are. It seems like they just lazily made UVHM more difficult by making every enemy overpowered with too much health and damage, and only vulnerable to slag weapons. It ruins the balance of the game for characters like Zero (who uses primarily ohk sniper attacks, no longer works in UVHM) or Krieg who focuses on fire damage (doesn't work in UVHM against robots, and he doesn't have any slag bonuses in his skill tree). I just hope they don't try to do this again in the upcoming dlc, that would be the only reason I wouldn't get it.

I don't see what's wrong with having an epic long game. There are plenty of examples of games out there that probably also had 850+ page scripts, and were actually really awesome. Why trim anything? I mean, you should edit out some of the stuff that just wasn't good, but if you have an 850 page script and it is awesome, then go for it. Sure, maybe 1 or 2 people will cry about it being too long, but those people are always stupid d-bags who don't have an attention span that would cover one minute of tetris.

I think Zombieland was probably the most accurate. If a zombie apocalypse happens, it'll be because of a rotten batch of McDonald's hamburgers. No one will be surprised.

I'd get it if there were weapon or equipment dlc's beyond just 1 new gun thats only available in one mode. Map packs are stupid reskins most of the time anyway. Give me some more guns, nades, perks, and equipment to play with along with those maps and I'll be more willing to buy. BF3 made this work and released several new guns/equipment items with each dlc. The Peacekeeper smg was cool, why not more?

Meh, more EA milking. I refused to get a new copy of DS3 when friends told me that the story was stupid and nonsensical, and it ended in yet another cliffhanger. I got it used, marathoned through it, and returned it for what I paid for it (lol). DS4 is going to have a stupid story, unwanted changes to the core game play, and is going to be filled with pay-to-win microtransactions. Because its EA here. I'm skipping it, nothing new or good can come from another Dead Space game, just wait until they're cranking these out as annual releases like COD.

So, basically, John Carpernter's "Dead Space" would just be a sequel to "The Thing" where they find more scary alien stuff but set in the future. Wonder if they could get Kurt Russel to come back? If anyone could do it, John Carpenter would make a good Dead Space movie.

After recent games from EA turned out to be a slap in the face to fans, I think I'll pass.

Wow, sad to see all the whiners and trolls in the comments bawwing about Krieg. Seriously, just save your $10 if you're so outraged about this extra dlc. So what if it's not in the season pass? It's not a campaign dlc and brings nothing new to the game. It's just a character class, that honestly, is just a re-skin of Brick from BL1 if you missed him. This isn't greed considering GB never planned to release more than 1 extra character dlc anyway. Yeah, sometimes game companies can be greedy and manipulative with their dlc packs, but this isn't it and the whiny comments here just add ammo to the arguments about entitled gamers and basement dwellers who cry about everything anyway.

Unfortunately, neither EA or DICE has the balls to do anything original; they will make clockwork battlefield games just like call of duty because they are a bunch of corporate d-bags who only care about selling out to fanboys and not making decent games. BF3 was awesome... but then came the unwanted balance "fixes"... then came the rented servers that were pay-2-win... and then the last dlc came out which ignored everything the fanbase actually asked for. Now BF4 is out, and it's clearly a reskin / map pack of BF3. No thanks. I would buy BF2143, or also Bad Company 3, but not BF4.
