an e-mail to say that theyd received the unit) and i live in sydney! but it also says in the e-mail that it will take 15-20

business days before it will be ready. p.s. does anyone know if you can pick them up from the repair

centre when theyre ready? or if you have to wait for it to be mailed back, and when they do mail them back

do they send them to youre house or do they drop it at a post office?
