Mass Effect 2 -- the Squad icons are situated right in the small of Shepard's back. They're pretty indistint on our TV. She asked, "are those his kidneys?" in all earnestness. You know, they DO look like kidneys.

I'll be damned, after years of **** and **** about how much I hate ANY consol controler compared to a keyboard and mouse, I find myself getting much better with my 360 controller playing Badlands. I guess I've been lazy. Perhaps this is the first game I've stuck to for a while where I'm rewarded so nicely for a head-shot. Still missin' that super-fine aiming that only a hi-res mouse will give you but I guess I won't dis on controller control so much in future.

good lord, I'm watching the Fallout 3 gameplay footage like it was porn. Now, if only there were more of it. Pre-ordered the collectors edition yesterday - I think Bethesda is really going to do the franchise justice...at least I hope they do. Screens look freaking incredible!
