PS Eye XMB Support - Where using the PS Eye, you can use your hands to drag the XMB icons, and access different media, all without a controller. With Tom Clancy's EndWar supposedly using a similar feature where you use your hands to pan around the battlefield, this feature is definitely something that could be on the way.

Video and Pic Sceen Capture - Since 2.2 - With the Japanese game "Mainichi Issh" allowing you to upload videos directly to YouTube right from in-game. This feature could very well be on its way. Imagine having the ability to upload your most amazing gaming feats to YouTube, and capture screenshots too. PixelJunk Eden already has this feature. It has been available to devs since firmware 2.2 but Q-Games (PixelJunk Eden) was the first devolper to put it in a game.

Charging Controllers While in Standby

Multiple PSN Logins

Ridiculous But Possible - PS3 40 GB may be able to play PS2 games near the end of 2008.

In-Game Video and Voice Chat - Via a PS Eye or regular headset.

In-Game Custom Soundtracks - In every game, not just if the devolper has allowed it.
