I have the exact same problem. I went to the Orange Box Forum and alot of people seemed to agree that there is a glitch on the PS3 where if you have more than 39 friends you cannot connect to Team Fortress 2. I have about 75 on my normal account so I decided to make a 2nd account to see if this was the problem. Sure enough, I didn't have any problems connecting on the 2nd account, but it still doesn't work on my 1st account. Whether or not that was the whole problem, I don't know, but it sure seems right to me.
I have a linksys WRT54G. I got it about 6 months ago and it works great. :D I use it for my laptop for the wireless and I have the PS3 connected via a cable but I used to have my ps3 on wireless and it worked good then also. :)bbgunbilly
i have the same router but i use my ps3 wireless and it works completely fine, i've had 0 problems :D
I thought the 80gb was incompatible with most ps2 games?

It's compatible with about 80-90% of all PS2 games. 10-20% is not 'most'.
haha, exactly, you could be missing out on your favorite game if it's in that 10-20%. I'd go with the 60 if you can find it. Mine has been able to play 100% of the games I've tried on it thus far.
lol it ain't coming to 360 anyways lolol. i think for mgs4 its not that hard to sell 1mill in the first day. its prob the most hyped game of all time.pablito3
no one thought GTA was going to go to the XBOX, but when it did it didn't skip a beat, soI think it's VERY possible that 360 eventually gets MGS
