so does anyone have any idea whats bottlenecking the system?

so when i'm looking out for a new system what to avoid?

i'am in a real pickle here and need some serious help deciding which of the next generation consoles to get, now i got around £500 to spend here, but i'am in need of a helping hand as i'am affraid i'll make the wrong decision and wind up with a console i just won't love (sort of like a girl friend really) anyway. it is your job to do what ever u can (with the exception of lying to me) to make me choose on of the following consoles:

nintendo Wii- cheap, fun, entertainment for thewhole family, not as common in britain (less well endowed grapghically, easy to play though)

xbox 360 - better console all round, but more expensive, well settled in the market, looks better. i'm conserned about the strong learning curve, and more difficult buttons (always been a sony sort of guy)

xbox 360 elite - same again but because it's more expensive, is it worth the money

PS3 - the price just puts me off and the lack of games too, the psp connection may become us.

the way i'll chose is through the capability of the consoleand the current and future games availible so everyone please help me out here with some detailed answers

OMG!!! what have bug bear done, i'am a little dissapointed, everyone around here knows that the Flatout games are good, but i'am beginning to feel that they are losing sight of what they set out for, a high quality racing game, sadly to me these look more like the burnout games than the great game  that flatout kicked out, the first one will always be my favourite just for the gritty banger racing that no other game has ever produced. the second game has shown what the original engine was capable of but it shouldn't have been put into flatout 2, and now this, a total conversion of the great game, into a good looking burnout dare i say it 'copy', burnout was great, undoubtably until EA took over and made it complecated and crap, i would just like to see the graphics put to better use, muddy old american muscles would be the perfect game, with lots of singleplayer options like no. of laps e.t.c. somebody please do something before this great game is ruined by the 'clean modified cars' that are oh, so prominant in every other racing game and bring back what the second game took from us, destruction derby muddy muscle cars
