Triple Threat – Sheamus v The Miz v Ezekiel Jackson

Build Up: Since SvS, Miz has been a continued thorn in the side of Sheamus. Not content with taking Sheamus' WWE number 1 contender spot, The Miz also pinned Primo in a Triple Threat during week 4 Raw– thereby putting himself and Ezekiel Jackson through to a US title shot at TLC.

The same week, Miz attempted to interfere in Sheamus' match with David Hart Smith, but was attacked by John Morrison. Sheamus went on to dominate the match – sending a clear message to his two opponents.

Big Zeke has simply been on a roll of late, destroying everything in his path.

Winner: The Miz after a long drawn out match (New US champion!)

IC Championship

Triple Threat – Drew McIntyre v Kofi Kingston v Kane

Build up: After failing to pin Kofi Kingston in a Falls Count Anywhere match (wk 3 SD), Kane lost his second number 1 contender spot in as many weeks.

Turning up in the main event of wk 4 SD, Kane utterly destroyed both Edge and Drew McIntyre – demanding a title shot of some kind. He was added to the IC title match, which he quickly won.

Winner: Kane, quite effortlessly (New IC champion!)

[Thank god McIntyre has finally lost one of his belts. He really does bore me!]

Hardcore Championship

Four Way Extreme Rules – Tyler Reks v Dolph Ziggler v Mark Henry v Rey Mysterio

Winner: Rey Mysterio (New HC champion!)

Tag Team Titles

Finlay & Shad Gaspard v The Hart Dynasty

Build Up: Since the alliance of R-Truth and John Morrison last month, they have made it their aim to systematically take down the Hart Dynasty. Starting with Tyson Kidd, Morrison interfered in his match against Heath Slater (wk 3 Raw) causing Kidd to easily lose to the Nexus superstar.

The following week, Morrison struck again. This time, however, it was against The Miz, who was trying to attack Sheamus in his match against David Hart Smith. With Sheamus' thorn temporarily removed, he was able to decimate Smith. Going into TLC, the Hart Dynasty's chances did not look good.

Winner: Shad & Finlay. Prior to the match, R-Truth & Morrison attacked team Canada for the final time – leaving easy prey for the long time tag champions. After their loss, a frustrated Kidd attacked DHS, signifying the end of the Hart Dynasty.

Triple Threat TLC – Drew McIntyre v Edge v Big Show

Build up: Having beaten Kane for his number 1 contender spot (wk 2 SD), Edge has been going out of his way to prove that Drew McIntyre is nothing but a fluke champion - McIntyre's 5-month reign has been impressive, but he's yet to defend his title with a clean win. After a series of weekly challenges between the two – Edge easily won a 15-minute Iron Man Match (wk 3 SD) and looked likely to win the Falls Count Anywhere match (wk 4 SD) had Kane not interfered – Edge entered TLC confident in his ability to defeat a nervous McIntyre.

Big Show has continued to work his way up the rankings with a series of easy wins over Shad Gaspard (wk 4 SD) and the emerging team of Tyler Reks & Alberto Del Rio (wk 3 SD)

Winner: Big Show after taking out sparring Edge and McIntyre atop the ladder (New WHC!)

[Was convinced Edge was going to pick up the win, but I can't be upset cos McIntyre is outa there! Hopefully he'll be let go soon and I never have to see him in my game again lol]

WWE Championship

TLC – Randy Orton v The Miz

Build up: With luck on his side, The Miz was able to pick up the win over Sheamus to become the number 1 contender (wk 3 Raw) – he had technically lost the first match, but it was restarted as a Submission match.

Setting time aside to annoy another superstar, he randomly attacked Mark Henry & Daniel Bryan during their match against William Regal (wk4 Raw) His luck with Orton was not initially as fortunate, as although he successfully attacked Orton on the way to the ring, he found himself on the losing end of a beat down during a 15-minute Iron Man match (wk 4 Raw) in which Mark Henry claimed his eye-for-an-eye.

Winner: The Miz following his trapping of Orton under a ladder – read glitch lol (New WWE champion!) The Miz then continued to beat Orton to cement his new dominance of Raw.

[Hmm what is it with my Universe giving me all these double champions?!]

Grapple/ Durability: =(((A1-50)/50)*100)
Strikes/Technical/Charisma: =(((A1-55)/45)*100)
Submission/Speed: =(((A1-40)/60)*100)

Obviously you need to change A1 to whatever the stat is you want working out.

The other day I was asking if anyone had tried altering the superstar attributes in order to alter the way the game played. Others have suggested that you reduce stats so that all grapple and strike is 40/45 etc but I found this makes little difference.

Since then, I have been tinkering around with my stats and have found the game to play out far more realistically. This may take some explaining, but for now please consult this table:

Ok. What I have essentially done is found out what the lowest stat is for each attribute, then changed it so that is equals 0. As I explained before, it has never made sense to me why someone like Santino - the weakest durability wise - still has a durability stat of 50. Kayfabe wise, is he really only half as tough as Undertaker? I'd hazard it's far less. Following the same idea, I worked out what everyone's stats "should be." Took reminding myself of some math skills, but some simple formulas later and I was able to figure them all out!

After having put these stats on everyone, I have found some pretty cool results. For once, I am finding that characters renowned for a particular skill i.e. Big Show's strength & Even Bourne's speed, are needing to be played in that way in order to do well. Give it a go, you may like the results too.

Anticipating people ripping this idea to shreds:

  • I have completely ignored the idea of OVRs with this. Anyway characters aren't really different, their stats have just been rescaled.
  • I am not necessarily trying to lengthen matches with this, more a realistic approach. I just simmed Taker vs Santino and Taker walked all over him - as would be true to life. Others, ie Christian vs Dolph, are going on a lot longer. I have found a general increase in match length though.
  • My sliders are currently on default, with all AI reversals on half the default. Difficulty is on legendary. Hopefully someone who knows sliders better than me can help with this.
  • I have used the default attributes of superstars, including the Divas.
  • Because 5 is the lowest, I had to pretend there was a 0 to make the math easier to work out. On the other end of the scale, I had to assume 100 was possible for all characters - this doesn't matter though, as no stats are rising to 100 if it's not already there.

I would love for someone else to give this a go to see what they think? Personally, I'm just fed up of all characters feeling like the are the same. If I play as Santino, I want to struggle a win for once. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
