US Championship
Triple Threat – Sheamus v The Miz v Ezekiel Jackson
Build Up: Since SvS, Miz has been a continued thorn in the side of Sheamus. Not content with taking Sheamus' WWE number 1 contender spot, The Miz also pinned Primo in a Triple Threat during week 4 Raw– thereby putting himself and Ezekiel Jackson through to a US title shot at TLC.
The same week, Miz attempted to interfere in Sheamus' match with David Hart Smith, but was attacked by John Morrison. Sheamus went on to dominate the match – sending a clear message to his two opponents.
Big Zeke has simply been on a roll of late, destroying everything in his path.
Winner: The Miz after a long drawn out match (New US champion!)
IC Championship
Triple Threat – Drew McIntyre v Kofi Kingston v Kane
Build up: After failing to pin Kofi Kingston in a Falls Count Anywhere match (wk 3 SD), Kane lost his second number 1 contender spot in as many weeks.
Turning up in the main event of wk 4 SD, Kane utterly destroyed both Edge and Drew McIntyre – demanding a title shot of some kind. He was added to the IC title match, which he quickly won.
Winner: Kane, quite effortlessly (New IC champion!)
[Thank god McIntyre has finally lost one of his belts. He really does bore me!]
Hardcore Championship
Four Way Extreme Rules – Tyler Reks v Dolph Ziggler v Mark Henry v Rey Mysterio
Winner: Rey Mysterio (New HC champion!)
Tag Team Titles
Finlay & Shad Gaspard v The Hart Dynasty
Build Up: Since the alliance of R-Truth and John Morrison last month, they have made it their aim to systematically take down the Hart Dynasty. Starting with Tyson Kidd, Morrison interfered in his match against Heath Slater (wk 3 Raw) causing Kidd to easily lose to the Nexus superstar.
The following week, Morrison struck again. This time, however, it was against The Miz, who was trying to attack Sheamus in his match against David Hart Smith. With Sheamus' thorn temporarily removed, he was able to decimate Smith. Going into TLC, the Hart Dynasty's chances did not look good.
Winner: Shad & Finlay. Prior to the match, R-Truth & Morrison attacked team Canada for the final time – leaving easy prey for the long time tag champions. After their loss, a frustrated Kidd attacked DHS, signifying the end of the Hart Dynasty.
WHC
Triple Threat TLC – Drew McIntyre v Edge v Big Show
Build up: Having beaten Kane for his number 1 contender spot (wk 2 SD), Edge has been going out of his way to prove that Drew McIntyre is nothing but a fluke champion - McIntyre's 5-month reign has been impressive, but he's yet to defend his title with a clean win. After a series of weekly challenges between the two – Edge easily won a 15-minute Iron Man Match (wk 3 SD) and looked likely to win the Falls Count Anywhere match (wk 4 SD) had Kane not interfered – Edge entered TLC confident in his ability to defeat a nervous McIntyre.
Big Show has continued to work his way up the rankings with a series of easy wins over Shad Gaspard (wk 4 SD) and the emerging team of Tyler Reks & Alberto Del Rio (wk 3 SD)
Winner: Big Show after taking out sparring Edge and McIntyre atop the ladder (New WHC!)
[Was convinced Edge was going to pick up the win, but I can't be upset cos McIntyre is outa there! Hopefully he'll be let go soon and I never have to see him in my game again lol]
WWE Championship
TLC – Randy Orton v The Miz
Build up: With luck on his side, The Miz was able to pick up the win over Sheamus to become the number 1 contender (wk 3 Raw) – he had technically lost the first match, but it was restarted as a Submission match.
Setting time aside to annoy another superstar, he randomly attacked Mark Henry & Daniel Bryan during their match against William Regal (wk4 Raw) His luck with Orton was not initially as fortunate, as although he successfully attacked Orton on the way to the ring, he found himself on the losing end of a beat down during a 15-minute Iron Man match (wk 4 Raw) in which Mark Henry claimed his eye-for-an-eye.
Winner: The Miz following his trapping of Orton under a ladder – read glitch lol (New WWE champion!) The Miz then continued to beat Orton to cement his new dominance of Raw.
[Hmm what is it with my Universe giving me all these double champions?!]
