Does system shock 2 have some kind of copy protection? Meaning, if i buy it used online, will i be able to play it? Or do i have to trust the seller if he needs to remove it from his computer to make it work. Thanks in advance.
an engine that is well optimised without too much eyecandy, so they focus on gameplay, wich is what deus ex is about. Source or ut3 would be good choices, i just want them to keep the same interface as the first DX and keep the clever level design (ie: tons of ways to get to the same objective).
no, only that this specific application will only use 1 core. You only need to do this everytime you LAUNCH the game. I wish there would be another fix than this... unless youre playing on a laptop?
ok, so i guess you have a dualcore cpu, probably amd. To fix the problem, launch the game and ctrl-alt-delete, right click on the deusex.exe process, then click on set affinity and untick cpu 1. Get back to the game, if its not fixed or if the game is now too slow, do the same thing but this time only check the cpu 1 box. You will need to do this everytime you launchthe game though, but its worth it, because this game is great.
Hi i was banned from cs source for spraying some gay **** i dint find it a big deal since it was just to mess around. Anyways when i try to connect to most servers it says Disconnected banned from steam servers. But i dint get VAC banned because i went on settings and checked my VAC statust and it says its good.But im banned not only for that server but from almost all. All the ones that you have to press f3. What can i do to get unbanned? Is this only like a one day ban or what? Thanks

Well I am afraid you are screwed. You should not be playing with hacks. Those people that were killing you ARE better than you. I am CAL-I and CEVO-P in CS: Source and there is quite alot of competition on some of those pubs out there and I know it is tough to compete with some of those guys. You have basically ruined your hopes of playing CS: Source online. The only thing you can do now is buy another copy. It is NEVER worth hacking. Just spend about a month playing a couple hours a day and you can hang with most of the pub scrubs out there. There is always going to be someone out there that is going to own you from time to time. Hell even I get that occasionally.

Anyway. Is it possible someone maybe made a report on you to steam? I cant remember if you can or not, but it seems like thats the case.
you CANT report hackers to valve. What probably happened, is you hacked like 2 months ago, thought you weresafe because you didnt get banned right away. VAC2 bans are always made several months after the infraction. So you got banned today, and you thought of the last bad thing you did : spraying gay pr0n. You never get VAC banned for nothing. And maybe the vac status thing is just a glitch.
condemned : criminal origins is a good "horror-supsense" game. Perhaps not the best, but its a good one. Ifi had playedsystem shock 2 i would give you my opinion on it, but i cant find it anywhere :(.
