It seems to me that Jay Allard is an odd spokesman for the 360.  He was the man that introduced the world to the infamous "Virtuousity Girl" and now in  a recent article in Xbox Magizine he basically makes allusions that lauch games for the 360 will suck, but as programers have more time with the power of the system that the games will improve.  I understand his point, if you look at Splinter Cell compared to Splinter Cell: CT there is a nice difference in the games yet they are on the same system, but in the world of launching new consloes the last thing the spokesperson for the system should do is make any allusions that the games for the system are not going to be top-notch.
