user: hey i got permanently banned from xbox live on my account crappysquire for system tampering but i made a new account LoLmAnIfEsT and i have given up what you call system tampering but had around $500 of on demand games purchased in in marketplace and i was wondering if there was any possibilty that these purchases could be transferred from the banded account to my new one

customer service: Content is not transferable from suspended accounts. Also, we are now permanently suspending your new account for unauthorized avatar modifications.

You really should have a word with your son regarding what is and is not appropriate, not just on Xbox LIVE but in general society. The profile content for the account GoD Ii HaDeS iI was informing users that he was going to force them into unwanted sexual congress. The account had previously been suspended for threatening to shove his anatomy into the reader's backside, demanding the oral satiation of said anatomy and blatant sexism. While we apologize for any frustration this suspension may have caused, the content of his account's profile is blatantly in violation of the Code of Conduct and thus a suspension was issued. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Use a skin if it's "too white" sheesh.. there's plenty of free ones or just spend a few measly points on one you like. And this just came out, of course there's technical issues as with any launching product/service. Give it time and the lag will go away. It's going to lag when you have millions of customers all switching over to this new system at the same time.wwervin

I use the night theme and it's still to bright my complaint about the "hot white" is when using the guide the white is almost blinding over the dimmed background i can't even look at my friends profile because of the over-use of the "hot white" so in response to your comment "use a skin if it's too white sheesh" you can't change the color scheme for the xbox guide
