well i can play games on my comp. Team Fortress 2 works fine. My router will only set up a local connection, and when i run my setup disc it wont find a connection. When i plug my 360 up to the internet it picks up the DNS, but something about the MTU failing.
I just recently moved in my dorm for school, but for some reason i cant set up a router and I can't hook up Xbox Live through the ethrenet jack in the wall either. The only thing that works is my Internet Browsing on my computer. Whats the problem?
I agree with most of your points. PS3 graphics are a tad better. MGS through an HDMI on my friends Samsung HDTV was amazing. PS3 does have Blu-ray and movies in 1080p are awesome. PS3's connectability with the PSP is great too, but Microsoft does not have a portable gaming system to use with the 360. And the RROD still is an Issue, even if it is alot less of one.
But other than those points, the 360 is slightly a better system IMO.
The only reason Madden was better on the PS2 on the old systems was the controller layout. Now that the 360 has the bumper buttons, they play almost the same. IMO it doesnt really matter.
EA has turned around it's act recently, and they have been producing some good and great titles over the past year or so. ALso i cant wait to get the Madden tonight at midnight. It's gonna be sick.
Yeah i can't buy many games either, thats why im hopefully renting NCAA today. Id test out Battlefield as a rental first, i can see to some people how it could get old fast.
Battlefield totally. Online is off the chain on that game and I'm hooked. If you like football NCAA 09 comes out today which should be good. Other good games that will take your time are Mass Effect or Bioshock which are awesome single player.
I'm a huge 360 fanboy and I have to admit, MGS4 is one of the sickest games i have played, (roomate has a PS3). As for FF13 coming to 360 at the same day as PS3 is a huge blow to their system, but a smart business move by Squeenix. The PS3 exlcusive list only gets smaller.
