Yeah, I'd say it's a'iight......especially if you're just planning to use it as a in-between system (meaning in-between you sister leaving and taking hers and in-between giving your addtional time to save up for what you really want). I think it's fair enough to do with it what you need to since all your needs at this moment seem realistic. As long as you don't push it past what it can do you'll be fine.
Updating a laptop like that maybe tricky though (not entire impossible, but not necessarily feasible either) and probably more costly than you'd like.
Trust me you will not be able to play games on that (unless you mean online ones), for work I would think it would suffice.

haha yea I know, maybe later on when I get a full time job ill get a better one, but I really just need it for those type of things, and if this one could handle word and other stuff, so I was sorta sure that the one I bought could too.

Just school stuff, not much gaming, Im in need of a new one and I wanted a cheap one, becuase the one im using is my sisters and she may move out soon, so ya and also just using it for the internet.
Is it good?? The one im using right now has only 384 MB of RAM and runs at 795 MHz, so Im wondering if its a upgrade or downgrade??
