If anyone has had an issue with the v1.10 download for Assassin's Creed on the PS3, then try to update the system software to the latest v2.10 from your system update on the XMB. I have had this issue since I purchased AC on launch and I downloaded the new system software update Wednesday night then tried my luck with AC again and it worked fine. I hope this helps anyone who experienced the same problem.
PRoblem Solved! I just recently downloaded Sony's newest software update v2.10 and then tried Assassin's Creed and the 1.10 update the game requires before play fully downloaded and installed successfully. I did nothing else but that. I hope it works for you if you haven't tried it already. Good luck.
Has anyone tried to take the physical SATA HD out of the encasing that the 360 HD comes in? I have and I want to buy a huge capacity laptop HD to replace my current HD that came with the system. I am wondering if anyone has tried this with success or failure. Thanks.
Thanks all. I actually use a hard-wire connection to my router not wireless, besides, I have a 20GB model that I turned to a 250GB so wireless is not an option anyways. But I will try to reset my network settings and re-establish the connection. Thanks for the input people.
I am wondering if anyone has encountered an error message when trying to start Assassin's Creed on their PS3. I receive a message saying that it needs a software update requiring version 1.10, but when I select ok to being the download it eventually stops at a random percentage of completion an the PS3 gives an error about install cannot be completed and it signs me out of the PSN. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

At first it was an exclusive to Sony's system. Then Konami pressured Hideo Kojima into a cross-platform MGS4. But now I believe it is back to being PS3 only. I read that Kojima would like to do an MGS title specifically for the 360 rather than a port of MGS4 if he decides to work with the console.
