I was a console gamer starting from the 5th grade. I actually played my first games on pc, including Serious Sam, despite my computer being some Pentium 4 with integrated graphics. Got a ps2 in that grade, and played it until 2006, when I got a Xbox 360. Sure, got a good collection of games for that, but in 2009 I finally grew tired of the consoles. I started moving to the PC side and managed to get used it pretty easily. This is due to the fact, I barely played shooters on consoles, and found PC controls easy, although I am not good at online fps games. By the way, As an Xbox 360 owner I bought a good amount of games, but never bought or even played Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4. I was interested more in Skate in 2007. Still have the Xbox 360, but more as a side attraction. Haven't seriously bought anything for it since December 2008. When I get a PC rig soon, the switch will be complete. By consoles, I am not talking about portables.

Going to Ashland, Oregon to see the Shakespeare Festival. Gone for a week with the rest of the grade 10-12s in the mini school. The bus ride will be quite long and boring.

Gamespot and Piracy

I don't understand why Gamespot and its parent company has a policy of forbidding talk of piracy. We should be able to discuss the issue freely and it is not always a bad thing. I agree in supporting the developer and such but staying hush on the issue and cracking down all talk of it should not be happening on any public forums. Freedom of speech is essential in the Internet age. Gamespot should let its members have such democracy.

Have to wait until december to build the new i7 rig. Waiting for at's 5870 and will propably crossfire two of them. Current 8400gs is garbage for graphics.
