Up until recently I would have said Gran Tourismo. I absolutely loved the games on PS and PS2. However, I am stil waiting on a full new game for the PS3. The burnout series started out pretty average, but Takedown (360) and Paradise (PS3) are absolutely awesome.
Problems 1) I already own a Wii. I don't want to look at lame avatars while I am getting ready to play Condemned 2. 2) Market place is horrible to navigate. New releases aren't actually new releases. See Rock Band (2). Solutions 1) Buy more games for the PS3.
At first I wasn't sure Halo would appeal to me either. After playing the first, then the second, I must say the games are great.
The gameplay, graphics, sound, story, etc are all done very well. The moment the game starts up with the theme music you will be hooked. Plus Master Chief is a bad man.
