Use the UCM move Powerbomb and have the steel steps in the ring, move close to it in the powerbomb move and press RS down and your opponent should land on it. Definate superstar that has this UCM; Kane. Also you can use the piledriver UCM and press up with the RS and you should get into the Razor Edge/Crucifix Powerbomb Position and then you do the same as above. Definate superstar that has this UCM; Shawn Michaels

But I havent been able to get the acheivement for doing this, but I hope this helps.
