i know it may sound crazy but check liquids everywhere,i once had a little water spill into my keyboard and my comp wouldnt post for a day :D,i rippped it apart trying to fix it only to find out that if i disconnected my keyboard it would boot :D

I had the Heatsink and paste applied by a tech,and even then it's not rocket science,either way if i were to up my ram clock can i up my cpu? also the reading is off nvid monitor,

Also not the cooling,because it crashes right away while my temp is at a prettty pleasing to me atleast 50c.

Ah well if it's more info that you require then i shall fulfill your desire

I've got 2 gigs of ddr 3 dual channel ram @ 546 mhz

My fsb to ram ratio is 14:18 BUT i have them unlinked in my bios

voltage for ram is at the recommended 1.7

After resetting my bios to defaults yesterday i started re OC my cpu,after i got it to 4.0 however i turned off my comp and this morning i upped the voltage abit to keep up and tried to go past 4.0 but every time i get to the windows loading screen i get a blue screen,which leads me to assume that it's my OS and no my cpu,or am i wrong?

when you boot up your comp let it run the scan,if it's external then i would rip everything off and connect it directly to your comps wiring (dont mess around if you dont know how though) if you dont want to do those then right click and select scan in one of the tabs.

e8500= auto win for gaming,im running my at 3.8 ghz after resetting my bios to default just 4 hour ago,by tommorow it will be 4 +,try and get to that on a quad.

I searched for the artifacts and got a nice display driver restart,was there any reason for me to do that or did you jsut want me to feel the pain? :D

We dont take too kindly to internet explorer round here
