I think spoony is the best. imo. I mean that dude is legit, the amount of thought he actually puts into his reviews is amazing.. His Twilight movie reviews blew my freaking mind lol, they were over an hour long of non stop hilarity, that ended with this like philosophical pondering on our society. And plus anyone who has the guts to review final fantasy VIII and X and hate on them as much as he did deserves a medal.

I do enjoy spoony, especially his 'lets play's, but he can be outspoken at times. When he did the worst films of 2010, he said that "everyone who enjoyed Tron Legacy was simple minded and pleased to easily". I find that he was looking to much at only a specific aspect of the film rather than its true purpose. watch my review on it,
The Nerd overrelies on vulgar humor, while the Critic has more varied humor. I haven't laughed at AVGN in years and only go to Cinemassacre to check out some of his more serious stuff. The Sage has some decent reviews. The Critic has more consistency and often makes extra videos, while the Nerd has been advertising stuff he makes cameos in all the time, which I'm not interested in at all, and has made very few videos recently. I love the Nerd's movie-related videos much more than his video game reviews and he's almost stopped making those. I know I pretty much reviewed both of their sites just now, but I'll just say I like That Guy With The Glasses much more than Cinemassacre. I don't find either of them that funny, but I like TGWTG more.

True. NC is more dedicated to doing a specific things, and doesn't do many other videos. This gives him the ability to release a video every week while AVGN is doing so much other stuff that he rarely does something on a regular basis.
They're battle has been over for years. Together they made the best review video on the internet based off the TMNT concert documentry video. I'm in the middlefor them.

True, but the fight is more between the the two fan groups rather than the guys themselves. Except when they are actually fighting each other, which is hilarious :)
that was pretty hilarious. but we all know they are actually friends in real life, and that the true debate is between the fans. i honestly don't think they a rats ass about the whole this, except in NC's early videos when people kept saying AVGN was better, in which case he had to make two videos telling people to stop.
Who doesn't love Barney Stinson, North America's favorite lady killer played by a gay actor! As ironic as that is, the real point of this thread is to honor the greatest bro on prime time television, and what better way than sharing our favorite quotes?
I'm pretty much in the middle. They both are funny, but avgn swearing is about as necessary as Die Hard 3 while nc doesn't go over board. And let's not forget nc winning entrepreneur of the year for channel awesome.
There are many reviewers on the internet. Some for movies, some for games, some for both. But 2 of the most famous are the Angry Video Game Nerd and te Nostalgia Critic. Even though they are actually tight in real life, the battle over who is better has raged on since the beginning of their 2 shows. Now it is time to bring the fight to gamespot. Who is better?
