i have a problem with my 360 controller. everytime i press the fire button once and let go, it keeps firing. it's happened with Halo, FEAR, and Transformers. what would any of you recommend?

if I bought an xbox 360 used, would i be able to activate or create an account on the 360? if so, how?

so, i got an email from this comapny called Vuybay, and it said i was geting an xbox 360 elite for $175, now this is the weird part, the email included all of this shipping information saying that my "item" was shipping out in 48 hours. it also said it's being delivered by fedex. this is going to sound like a really weird question but, should i trust it? i don't have to fill out any offers or any refferals or give out any credit card information, i just have to pay a total of $205. oh, and i'm not trying to advertise anything.
