I just upgraded my 80GB PS3 hard drive to 320GB from Wester Digital (Scorpio). After formatting the new 320GB hard drive using the PS3 System Settings, and before restoring any of my backups, it came up showing 263GB Free Space of 298GB Available. Although I'm happy with all that free space that I have now, but does anybody know why it doesn't show more Free and Available space? I mean when I bought a 320GB hard drive, I thought I'd have 320GB or close to it.
