Depends on your TV/Monitor... If it's an LCD, then the standard resolution should be 720p ( which is 1280 x 720 ) or 768p ( 1366 x 768 ). Companies usually advertise their TV's as 1080i TV's to trick people into thinking it's better because it's a higher number but always play on your normal resolution. As for adjusting it to your native resolution, just change your settings in your 360 menu and your TV should flicker and switch automatically. :) And both VGA and Component can display 1080i... Just make sure to choose the resolution closer to your TV's...Funkdaddy13

Through component, its the same steps, but you choose from 720p,1080i, or 1080p instead of 1280x720, etc..
