Let me say first i loved BF:MC back when it was new. I'm in the beta and so far i'm not very impressed. Last night when servers went up it was lagged out completly, but they have fixed it. No lag for me today at all and I live in japan. Now I don't know if this goldrush is the only gametype or if its just the only one for beta but its pretty lame compared to the old style BF.
The waitting to spawn does get annoying and if you spawn with you squad you better be an assult type class or your going to get toasted as soon as you spawn then wait to spawn again. Graphics are nice but the destructible enviroment is only destructible in places that really don't matter. I can blow up a fence or wall thats in my way, but if I try to blow a hole through the second story floor to kill someone it dosent work. you can't destroy ladders or anything really that would be usefull to blow up.
Someone said you can't heal yourself but there wrong after you level up a bit you get unlock points that you can use to unlock new weapons and the healing needle for assult class. While I like the leveling up and the unlock options half the guns have to be perchased with real live cash from the xbox live market place.....sorry but thats gay plain and simple, now some newb with all his parents money gets to start with the best gear and not have to work for anything.
Also either no one talks or the ingame chat is broken. I have heard one other guy talking and in every other game no one can communicate, keep in mind this is beta and i know it will be fixed but for now it makes the game very boring.
All and all I would rate it right under frontlines, from what i've seen in beta so far and I hardly play front lines b/c the chat system sucks.
