The PC owner will shop online. The consoles owner will shop in stores. Thats 25-30 euros per game saved. After only 20 games the console owner will be almost 600 euros in black. Not even counting online payments. So a 900 euros PC (including upgrades) costs same as a 400 euros xbox360.True_Gamer_
