Is it worth buying since i've already played diamond. What are the new upgrades or add ons that platinum has and diamond doesnt?

Playing Dragon Quest V rite now, 16 hours into it LOOOVEEEE ITTT, blue dragon on the other hand, i was disappointed n returned that ish. I'm looking forward to FFCC2

so i came along to a part where i got to choose 1 of 3 girls to marry on dragon quest, it was either bianca, nira, or debora. so I'm assuming that picking whichever will change the story a little somehow? anyone got information on this? its such a hard decision xD

I got to say this is one kick @$$ game, i'm enjoying it so far. But i cant seem to figure out where to go after i got the zenithian sword. Is anyone that far yet?
