Hmm please tell me that those are place-holder sounds, because I"m pretty sure that those are the exact same unit sounds from RA2. Other than that it looks to be comming along quite nicely. And the ability to build your base on water is an interesting idea, I can't wait to see how it will pan out.

[QUOTE="hlcs_basic"]I believe that that is Consecration a Paladin only skill. Because of the nature of Paladin tanking, they do best when surrounded by a lot of mobs. If you wish to see learn more about Paladin tanking and get some info on the class I suggest you look at Hobbs:

http://www.youtube.com/user/wowhobbs?ob=1

He talks about the class and gives tips on how to tank and how to deal with a tonne of mobs at a time.

That paladin only attack consecration does seem abit over powered though. Do any of the other classes have anything that can deal as much damage as that skill?

Consecration is not really overpowered. since it is used to fight many mobs at once, and needs alot of time to deal a significant amount of damage. Warlocks are among that power aswell, same with Mages.

While Paladin's can deal a lot of damage to many mobs at a time, it requires a specific talent spec, and specific equipment to acheive that. The base paladin class is not a main damage dealer.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Thats my favorite movie quote overall I have to say, somebody here better know where its from.

If no-one has answered yet, That's Blade Runner

[QUOTE="hlcs_basic"]

Cost of Vista:

$500

Cost of Halo 2 on Vista:

$59

VS

Cost of sercond hand First Gen Xbox:

$50-$125

Cost of renting Halo 2:

$7.50

SuperBeast

Where the hell did you get $500 for Vista? Vista basic is only $99 OEM. Even though I probably won't be playing Halo 2 for PC, I *definitely* wouldn't play it on the X-Box...

Well Im Canadian, and I guess it is the way I buy my operating systems. Get the best and never ever upgrade.

I see no reason to have an operating system that thas less options and features than it should have.

There are more cost effective ways of playing Halo 2.
