I dont think Call of Duty 5 will be able to match up with COD4 in my opinion. COD4 is unique because it is modern so it wont be like COD5 in that way, as well it is made by a different company then COD4. COD4 was an Infinty Ward project where as COD5 is a Treyarc project.
It may not be as good as Gears of War, but Army of Two reminds me of it with the shooting style. When I saw the guy duck and shoot over the cover like they do in Gears. So for anyone wanting a game similiar to GoW. I'd say Army of Two is your cookie.
... you mean GeOW. I hate it when people make that mistake. but its common, so I forgive you. GoW/GOW is God of War. Gears of war is GeOW. and yes, AOT looks pretty sweet.
Sorry but I don't think God of War has a monopoly on GOW. Gears of War has taken over so from now on GOW = Gears of War
GoW was first out and this is a Playstation board. If you can't accept this then go play your GeoW. :P
Does it really matter....seriously when you say GOW most people will think Gears of War of course except for the Sony fanboy. You know why people will think of Gears of War.....because it's the latest and greatest not because it's better. Doesn't matter that God of War came out 1st. Thought you kids knew this is a what have you done for me lately world we live in. Until God of War 2 or 3 comes out for the PS3 GOW will now stand for Gears of War. Just except it.
I've seen stupid reasoning before but that is just incredibly dumb. God of War is GoW and is the best game for the PS2 in my opinion. When GoW 2 (thats god of war 2 incase u misunderstood) comes out for the PS2 in about a month, any doubt surronding this acronym battle will be gone as God of War will retain GoW as it will destroy gears and it is" last gen".
