Ummmm. Turning blood off in a video game is like convincing your child that when you shoot someone, he just falls over and takes a little nap. Not showing consequences of violence is like telling him it's OK. Either don't let him play or give him the whole shebang. :P

60 Frames required. I can tell the difference between 60 and 80 frames, but all I need is 20. For all you skeptics, the human eye can see up to 120fps. Non-disputable, you just have to be trained in order to tell the difference.

Do not turn on Dynamic Shaders at all. I have: 

ATI Radeon X1800XTX 512GDDR3

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4ghz 1033mhz FSB

4x 512mb DDR-800 memory

And my PC can't get an average fps of 60 with even without sunshadow or grass shadow with medium settings on 1280x1024.
