i have a problem with my drums, i bought my drum kit about 5 months ago, i use to play on my cousin console, when i bought mine i found out my xbox doesn't detect them, i keep pressing the signal button on the drums (A.K.A. as the little gray hidden button) but the button just doesn't work, it doesn't send the signal to the xbox, anyone can tell how can i fix this?

(i would return it, but i don't have the receipt and the box anymore)
