Well they did use wallpaper advertising for the game a few days back, and it has been officially out for awhile now, so I don't see what's keeping them from posting it now. I've heard the theory that some gaming websites weren't given review copies as well, but that's not a valid excuse to ommit a review after a retail release.
My theory is that they were influenced by Sega's advertising dollars to either give the game a good score, or not submit a review altogether. I wouldn't usually make such an accusation, but after the Jeff Gerstmann controversy, I see this as a possibility.
