@amichalski81: Gabe said they are done porting games to consoles, due to what he says are 'walled gardens'. So you don't need to worry about how long it's taking.

@judaspete: Pretty much everything has been fixed on the game. I have an i7 9700k, and an RTX2080Ti, and it now runs bug free at 4k 60fps maxed (except AA). I think you should be safe picking up this game, and if you get it one Steam and you have issues, you simply return it.

They've done a great job supporting this title on PC. I'm sure they learned a lot about porting games using the Decima engine to PC. I'm running this game at 4k, 60fps on ultra settings. It's a fantastic game, and I've really enjoyed playing it.

This game absolutely earned GoTY. It's actually one of my favorite games of the decade, in fact. I understand that people that haven't played it are puzzled, but it's something you have to experience. I understand if you don't want to experience new and exciting things as a gamer, but that's not a reason to crap on Half-Life: Alyx, as it's a Masterpiece.
