would assume so, steam deck is old hardware at this stage, behind the later pc hand helds by a fair margin at points too

gpu prices sure have gone up, but ps5 pro is also twice and then some the price of ps4 pro on launch, that being said pc has never been the best value price vs perf, value is different proposition tho...

850€ + 150€ for the disc drive, normal ps5 with disc was bit over 500€ on launch, ps4 pro was 400€on launch, 300€ a year later
