Not only are the 4k capable cards(not that there are any for 60fps) still way too expensive for consoles, but the power draw of Fury X is something in the region of all past playstations put together?
I remember the original Phat PS3 being a power hog.
oh ye it was around 200w, slim cut it in half or smt, still fury X can go as high as 450 on heavy stress

Number of dumb people that actually believe in 4k upgrade is too damn high here.
Well technically you can just add the support for 4K, doesn't mean you can run anything on it, I'm sure the current ps4 could muster 3-5fps on SW:BF @4K f.e
Wii U games are still technically plug and play. Yeah there are still online patches but on a much smaller scale.
Xenoblade load times were quite terrible w/o those 10gb load files, but ye nintendo is still the most plug and play out of the 3. Their games tend to require less patching and are less broken on launch, but this is due change with NX's 3rd party support too.
It has come to a point where getting to play a new game is both easiest and fastest on the PC(given you are willing to go digital that is).
