I know I'm biased as a Bears fan but it has to be Cutler.
What he has been able to accomplish with a terrible o-line and below average receivers has been impressive. In 2010 the Bears went 11-5 and won the division with Cutler. In 2011 the went 7-3 with him and they looked like a playoff team, but the team fell apart and was able to only win a single game without him. The media always questions his toughness but not many QB's could withstand being hit constantly or playing with Diabetes. Cutler's arm is also probably one of the strongest in the NFL. The Bears have been waiting for a their franchise QB for long time and Cutler is exactly that. Give him a decent o-line and a star receiver and he could easily be an elite QB.
