the other day i was looking up the force unleashed prices and i found this . it sounds kinda cool so i got a reserve for it at gamestop. i actually traded the first one in a few weeks after getting it cuz i got bored of it but this sounds ok and its not 60 bucks lol.

i was dissapointed with TFU just because the story sucked in my opinion and the voice acting was corny and the apprentice sounded like a little girl alot of the time, plus i was expecting more from the ephoria (remember how we were gonna be able to throw storm troopers through walls? dont remember seeing any of that in the game lol), and i dunno there wasnt really any cool force moves (i was hoping for some of the ones like there are in the kotor games like force scream etc).

but apparently in this edition theres more force powers so im gonna get it. so what are your opinions on this and are you gonna get it?

I liked GeoW1 better. The story seems to be more well-thought in the first one than in the sequel. Besides that, MP is pretty much the same for both. Horde mode is a plus for the 2nd.ForsakenWicked

2 has the better campaign and Horde mode. There's no news on GeOW 3 yet, I'm sure we'll hear something early next year though.

hey thanks guys, i only have about 20 bucks (i just turned 16 but cant get a part time job yet cuz i got school so i dont have much spare cash lol) so i know i have enough to get gow 1 used at gamestop, but gears of war 2 does sound good, new executions sounds tight, but someone said that the campaign in the 2nd one is the actual war, and that it isnt a horrorish shooter, so i think i'll get gow 1, but i'll definitely get the second one once i get the cash.

I enjoyed Gears of war 2 a bit more mainly because of the Horde mode and i just felt like it had stronger online.

im trying to decide which to get, i borrowed the first one from a friend a few years ago and loved it, i heard gears of war 2 isnt as good as the first, but i think there are plenty of people on here who would know and who have good judgement ;) . i liked the first one because of the gritiness of the levels and overall feel of it. in the gameplay vids ive seen of the second one, it looks like its mostly played in hilly areas and stuff.

I doubt they're concrete rumors, but last I heard was "it was under consideration." This was way back when The Old Republic was announced. I imagine it's really hard to port a MMORPG to the consoles with the last ones being FFXI and Phantasy Star. They said Age of Conan was coming but I haven't heard anything on that either. So basically, I wouldn't hold my breath.

i guess kotor since thats the only xbox game im playing right now. but im not bothered at all about points, unless you could redeem them for ms points :) . more tyhan that i would love it if microsoft released a patch that would fix the sound and frame rate problems with old xbox games, until a kotor 3 exists im stuck with kotor 1 and 2, so i want them to play as smoothly as possible ;) .
