Hey all, vista has being really acting up lately, and it is confusing me. since yesterday my comp has started going really slow hanging and just crashing. I have ran a virus test(no results found) and i have even booted up on the vista disc to test for errors but nothing seems to be found. I also have the annoying cancel or allow box that comes up every time but i had it turned off before, and even the check box is unchecked but still i get this problem. Nearly all my icons now have the shield in the lower right hand corner now as well.

I am stumped, can you help??:(

(nothing has updated btw)

Try using your headphones in the rear jack and see if you have any problems,if you do, its your pc. Then if you really cant bear with the humming, buy a sound card( a decent one though)
