[QUOTE="DeeJayInphinity"]Start doing some extra work around the house.. After 1-2 weeks, tell him you will keep it up if he buys you a new pc. Once he buys you a new PC, stop doing the extra work. :PxXBuffJeffXx

A really nice thought! I shall have that in mind! ...By the way did you do that?

Make no mistake guys, my father is excellent, he's got me almost everything I'veasked for! And it's not like we don't have the money to get a PC, of course!

He's excellent because he's bought you everything you've asked for? Jesus.

Well he's excellent because he is the kindest father, I love him very much, and also because he cares for me. He also buys me certain things without me asking him. For example my Sony Ericsson k800 phone. Just because I didn't make myself clear doesn't mean you should hang on every phrase of mine and flame me.

my current PC is unable to play game such as Advanced Warfighter (1or2), Splinter Cell Double Agent, Battlefield 2142, DiRT, Spiderman 3, and so on. So to be brief, my current PC is unable to play the new generation games.

Specs:

Video Card (this is where the problem is): GeForceFX5600 - has shaders version 2.0

CPU(good enough): 2.6Ghz [not dual core of course :) ]

So, how could I convince my dad to get me a new PC?

Please no joke answers.

Im sure being goth (or an emo which is embarassing too) makes it harder to get a job.

You think such a person could get a job as ... a lawyer or as a doctor? Or get a place at where you work? People (and Im talking about 70-80 year olds mostly) wouldnt like tohave any contact withsuch a person which is thought of as ... a freak, a punk.

Think 'bout it.
