PC never lives up to its so called higher standard. Where are all these imaginary games that could never be done on console?

i'm sure any game can be "run" on console but it's gon be lakin the Hi-Res, the nice texture filters, the options menus for customizing, the moddablilty & tweakability, the disk space, the FPS, and just about everything else that makes a PC game so much better.
